Welcome to Learning Conference 2026
We are delighted to welcome you to Learning Conference – two days dedicated to the future of skills, learning, leadership
and organizational transformation.
AI, global change, and rapidly evolving workforce expectations are reshaping how organizations work, learn, lead, and
compete. Technology is accelerating this transformation, but technology alone will not define the organizations that succeed. The real advantage lies in the ability to learn faster, adapt continuously, and build the capabilities needed for what
comes next.
This year’s program follows that journey – from the global forces shaping our world to AI, leadership, human skills, culture,
and workforce transformation. Most importantly, it explores how organizations can turn insight and ambition into practical action, measurable impact, and long-term competitiveness.
Across the main stage, breakout sessions, workshops, and real-world cases, you will meet internationally renowned
thought leaders, business executives, transformation experts, and pioneering practitioners. Together, they will share new
perspectives, practical strategies, and honest experiences of what it takes to create meaningful and lasting change.
Learning Conference is also a place to connect, exchange ideas, challenge established ways of thinking, and learn from
others facing similar opportunities and challenges.
We hope these two days give you fresh perspectives, valuable connections, and practical ideas to take back to your organization.
The future of work is already being shaped. Thank you for being part of the conversation and welcome to Learning
Conference 2026!
